Garden Room 1 is a modern 4m x 4m L-shaped SIP garden room designed for year-round use. The L-shape creates a practical layout with a sheltered entrance, making it ideal as a garden office, studio, hobby room or compact garden retreat. Built from high-performance structural insulated panels (SIPs), it offers strong thermal efficiency and a solid, durable structure.

The website price is for the SIP structural kit only. Your kit is precision-made in our own factory and supplied pre-cut for an accurate fit and faster installation on site. If you prefer a fully managed build, we also offer a full turnkey solution, taking care of the project from base and installation through to roofing, windows and doors, electrics, and internal/external finishes.
